You'll own Almedia's first-ever global Early Careers program, building the junior talent engine from scratch. Your core impact is turning our Berlin office into a community hub for top-tier junior talent. You'll shape employer brand and architect recruitment strategy for a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and execute Almedia's first global Early Careers program.
• Build the 'Young Almedian' employer brand to attract top junior talent.
• Proactively partner with elite universities and student tech hubs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level GTM roles.

📋 Requirements

• Proven startup DNA navigating high-growth tech chaos.
• Track record of hosting successful events or building employer brand content.
• Relentless ownership mindset to design and execute independently.
• Understanding of GTM roles like Sales, Marketing, or Ops at entry level.
