Description

You will own the end-to-end Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCDR) user journey, defining strategy, product direction, and measurable outcomes for CockroachDB. You'll lead the full lifecycle from awareness to renewal, using data to drive decisions and ensure customers meet uptime and recovery expectations.

Requirements

• Computer science degree or first-hand experience in disaster recovery, infrastructure, or databases
• 5+ years of total product management experience
• Systems thinking and sharp problem definition skills
• Cross-functional leadership experience
• Use of qualitative and quantitative data for prioritization

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BCDR user journey
• Build problem-first, data-driven strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Set and track success metrics (DR adoption, failover success rate, time-to-recovery)
• Act as customer's voice in strategic decisions, communicating across teams
• Apply AI-first mindset to accelerate insights and product quality
