• Manage 4–5 client accounts independently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with sales tax filings.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with e-commerce accounting (Shopify).
• Familiarity with sales tax processes or Avalara.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
