💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets. Your core impact is managing vehicle movement and repairs to meet quality and efficiency goals. This role offers direct supervisory experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals on daily, weekly, monthly basis
• Oversee day-to-day activities, coaching, and performance management of team
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking
