🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a global team of 18 solutions professionals
• Drive revenue outcomes by supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Establish metrics and processes to measure team performance
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in solutions engineering or pre-sales with progression into leadership
• 5+ years people management experience including managing managers
• Demonstrated success driving revenue outcomes in enterprise sales
• Experience scaling high-performing technical teams

• AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools
• Experience working with headless CMS or content platforms
