💼 About This Role

You'll build security infrastructure for a data platform powering rockets and satellites. You'll define security posture, build automation, and own security end-to-end in cloud-native environments, ensuring resilience against modern threats.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build tooling and automation for security and compliance controls across AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop lightweight internal solutions like policy-as-code and custom scanners
• Embed security guardrails into infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and deployment workflows
• Harden cloud-native systems: access controls, encryption, logging, and vulnerability management at scale

📋 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, platform/DevSecOps, or cloud infrastructure
• Production-grade security automation in AWS cloud-native environments
• Deep familiarity with SOC 2, FedRAMP or similar frameworks in real production systems
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Go, Bash, or similar)

• Founding or early-stage security builder experience
• Experience with policy-as-code and continuous compliance
