Description

Provide technical and clinical expertise during implant procedures and device activation, collaborate with sales team, and support customer education and troubleshooting. You will drive adoption of an innovative sleep apnea therapy in a clinical setting.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 2+ years clinical, healthcare or medical device experience
• Effective communication in clinical settings
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation
• Provide technical leadership and education to clinic staff
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting
