💼 About This Role

You'll define problems, find leverage, and turn ambiguity into momentum at Zen Educate, a marketplace connecting schools and educators. You'll work with design, engineering, and ops teams to ship features, operational tweaks, and metrics that directly improve children's futures. This is an individual contributor role for a savvy Product Operator who still loves building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Frame real problems and find shortest path to prove or disprove them
• Combine qualitative insight with quantitative data to guide priorities
• Work closely with design, engineering and ops to ship and iterate
• Define success metrics that link to business outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling digital products or systems
• Experience in a marketplace business
• Running discovery, experiments, and delivery end-to-end across product lines
• Comfort working with data (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, SQL)

• Experience in EdTech or adjacent verticals
• Experience in hybrid physical/digital environment
