You'll lead outdoor adventure programs for pre-K-12th graders at Avid4 Adventure, ensuring safe, high-quality experiences. You'll empower instructors through mentorship and training while managing camp logistics. This role combines administrative duties with hands-on program delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Bring Avid vision to life ensuring high-quality camp operations
• Lead and empower Camp Instructors through mentorship and training
• Complete administrative work including staff schedules and compliance
• Provide excellent customer service to campers and parents
• Manage risk and oversee incident response and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Must be 25 years or older (Directors) or 20+ (other leadership) by camp start
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive camp vehicles
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one core sport (paddling, hiking, climbing, mountain biking)
• Possess Wilderness First Responder (or EMT) and CPR certification (Directors) or Wilderness First Aid and CPR (others)
