Description

You will lead Kymera's Program Management function, ensuring all programs from early discovery through commercialization have strong support and optimized strategies. You'll define best practices, drive governance processes, and mentor a team of Program Managers to achieve major milestones and value inflection points.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) and 15+ years in biotech/pharma
• 8+ years in program management or cross-functional leadership
• Proven success leading complex programs through IND, Phase 1-3, NDA/BLA
• Strong understanding of regulatory, clinical, CMC, and commercial aspects
• Alliance management or partnered program experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Management function through discovery, development, and commercialization
• Define and implement best PM practices, tools, and risk assessment standards
• Organize and support stage-gate governance and data review meetings
• Manage and mentor high-performing Program Managers
• Support enterprise portfolio planning and resource allocation
