Description

You will lead supply chain strategy, manufacturing operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-volume hardware products while driving cost efficiency and quality. You will manage contract manufacturing partners and suppliers across APAC.

Requirements

• 15+ years leading teams in new product ramp and sustained production
• Experience with contract manufacturers and component suppliers
• Expert in supply chain planning and capacity models
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven ability to ensure on-time delivery and quality

Responsibilities

• Define and drive overall supply chain strategy
• Manage on-site contract manufacturing partners in APAC
• Drive cost reduction and negotiate supplier contracts
• Manage end-of-life materials and last-time buys
• Lead NPI Operations, MTE, and MPE teams
