• Daily open availability across full 7 day work week
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays

• High level of business acumen to understand drivers and build solutions

• Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business
• Own operational execution to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget
• Drive elevated client experience as brand ambassador, educating on sustainability
• Lead sales floor, deliver excellent customer service, and build loyal relationships
