💼 About This Role

You'll define the sales enablement strategy for OpenAI's Go To Market team, building programs to accelerate onboarding and elevate skills across customer-facing roles. You'll partner cross-functionally to create scalable enablement programs that help our teams achieve goals. This role is based in Sydney with relocation assistance offered.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define regional sales enablement strategy and prioritize initiatives
• Build internal and external collateral with Product and Marketing
• Manage and automate information and collateral for GTM teams
• Manage regional training calendar and run trainings for product launches

📋 Requirements

• Experience building programs for rapidly scaling GTM teams
• Project management skills leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Communication skills and executive presence presenting to large audiences
• Technical depth with strategic thinking to translate patterns into scalable solutions
