💼 About This Role

You'll perform a full range of automotive repairs—from light maintenance to heavy engine work—at Carvana's high-tech inspection centers. Your work ensures every vehicle meets our high standards before reaching customers. You'll receive 100% company-paid healthcare and a $4,000-$6,000 bonus depending on experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues
• Repair wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems
• Complete light maintenance and diagnostics

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles
• ASE certifications
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software
