You'll shape strategy and build from the ground up as part of Workato's rapid Nordic expansion. Your core impact will be driving enterprise SaaS sales through outbound prospecting and partner relationships. This role offers the autonomy to write your own playbook in a high-growth, AI-powered company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies in the Nordics region
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise customers and VAR partners
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regional growth

📋 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise SaaS or technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Native Nordic speaker with proficiency in English
