• Hire, train, and schedule maintenance mechanics.

• Track maintenance costs and ensure budget compliance.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of maintenance supervision in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
