You'll join the GLG People Team to administer day-to-day people processes and provide front-line support to employees. Your work ensures a high standard of support across onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle events. You'll collaborate globally to maintain consistency and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage new hire documentation and background checks
• Coordinate onboarding orientation sessions and IT equipment
• Partner with Benefits and Payroll teams to administer programs
• Support employee changes like probations and promotions

📋 Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a technical problem-solving mindset
• Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
• Comfortable learning new HR systems and technology

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of US, UK, and EMEA employment laws
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Background in global HR operations
