You'll lead data-driven business transformation for strategic CPG customers, driving measurable impact and platform adoption. As the accountable lead for customer success, you'll engage with C-Level executives to define long-term visions and mobilize Celonis resources. This role offers ownership from day one with RSUs and unmatched family support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Ensure engagements are staffed with global cross-functional teams
- Mentor customers on organization design and CoE maturation
- Drive end-to-end customer value journey and value realization
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of customer success or consulting experience in CPG
- Experience in driving large scale transformation programs
- Deep exposure to change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade using data
