You'll lead data-driven business transformation for strategic CPG customers, driving measurable impact and platform adoption. As the accountable lead for customer success, you'll engage with C-Level executives to define long-term visions and mobilize Celonis resources. This role offers ownership from day one with RSUs and unmatched family support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives
  • Ensure engagements are staffed with global cross-functional teams
  • Mentor customers on organization design and CoE maturation
  • Drive end-to-end customer value journey and value realization

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of customer success or consulting experience in CPG
  • Experience in driving large scale transformation programs
  • Deep exposure to change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade using data
