You'll provide exceptional customer service to Equitable Bank's customers through phone and digital channels. You'll support mortgage inquiries and ensure accurate information is provided while complying with policies. This role offers a remote work environment at a challenger bank.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Provide inbound customer service via phone and digital channels
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate mortgage solutions
- Process account updates such as contact information changes
- Recognize retention triggers for renewal and refinance opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 12 months of front-line customer service in finance or mortgage industry
- Post-secondary education (diploma)
- Knowledge of commercial and residential lending products and legal terminology
- Ability to multi-task while navigating various systems
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
