Description

You'll manage the alternatives data onboarding process for new and existing Addepar clients, guiding them through template completion, managing Letter of Authorization (LOA) generation and signing, driving asset manager outreach, and coordinating credential management and ADM connections. Your work ensures a seamless client experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in financial advisory or FinTech, preferably in client onboarding or alternatives data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in operational dashboards, CRM systems, and password management tools
• Proactive problem-solving and commitment to positive client experience

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through completing onboarding templates
• Manage LOA generation and client follow-up for signatures
• Proactively engage with Asset Managers for data connectivity
• Coordinate secure credential management in LastPass
• Maintain workflow tracking in dashboards and update Salesforce milestones
