💼 About This Role

You'll ensure a physically and mentally safe working environment across Picnic's distribution hubs. You'll analyze operational safety through data and observations, develop and implement safety measures, and foster a strong safety culture. You'll regularly travel between hubs in the Netherlands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze operational safety with quantitative data and qualitative observations.
• Develop and implement safety measures across hubs.
• Identify safety risks and design improvements.
• Visit hubs to evaluate and enhance safety plans.
• Conduct root cause analyses of incidents.

📋 Requirements

• Completed higher vocational education (hbo).
• At least 3 years of operational work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license B.
