Requirements
- Ability to capture technical artifacts from engineering project teams
- Understand lifecycle of complex projects and identify knowledge gaps
- Act as editor to material written by engineers
- Lead stakeholders through a documentation roadmap
- Experience with requirement docs, technical manuals, user guides, etc.
Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and edit user-focused documentation
- Work with engineering and operations to deliver high-quality documentation
- Contribute to technical writing toolkit including style guides and documentation lifecycle
- Partner with account and engineering teams across all development phases
- Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and to standard
