Description

In this role, you'll support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, for positions across Germany and Europe. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, use active sourcing techniques, and ensure a great candidate experience, all while developing your skills in a dynamic People Team.

Requirements

• First relevant experience as a recruiter, ideally in a startup or scaleup.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Calendly, G-Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate relationship skills.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques, especially LinkedIn Active Sourcing.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process from posting to contract signing for roles in Germany and Europe.
• Optimize candidate selection through diverse channels, especially Active Sourcing.
• Collaborate with managers to develop individualized hiring strategies.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process with strong communication.
• Coordinate interviews in high-volume recruiting with hiring managers.
