Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of global Leave of Absence programs across multiple countries and support benefits administration and compliance. Your work ensures compliant, consistent, and employee-centric leave experiences.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering global benefits and leave programs
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international leave regulations
  • Experience with compliance and audit activities (e.g., 401(k) NDT, Form 5500)
  • Ability to partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution and administration of global LOA programs
  • Manage full lifecycle of leave cases (medical, parental, personal, statutory)
  • Serve as primary point of contact and SME for LOA processes
  • Conduct regular LOA audits for compliance and data integrity
  • Support benefits administration, compliance activities, and open enrollment
