You'll execute partnership programs and PR initiatives that drive brand awareness and storytelling for Backcountry. You'll own media outreach and partner activations end-to-end, delivering measurable improvements in press coverage and brand visibility. This is a lean team where you move fast and have full ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and manage brand, athlete, and industry partnerships.
• Develop and implement PR initiatives for brand visibility.
• Draft press materials and proactive media outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and influencers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting brand collaborations or partnerships.
• Working knowledge of media relations and PR best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented working style.
