💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal AI agents using Anthropic Claude Cowork and other LLMs with low-code platforms. Your core impact is delivering scalable, business-ready AI solutions through agent workflows and prompt engineering. This high-impact role partners with stakeholders to shape enterprise-grade AI solutions across NICE.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design agent specifications
• Design end-to-end Claude Cowork solutions including prompts and connectors
• Build agents using Claude Projects, Claude Code, and MCP connectors
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems like Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical or analytical roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM platform
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Familiarity with multi-agent architectures

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
• Experience with RAG patterns
