💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team as an experienced auto painter in a high-tech Inspection Center. You'll use state-of-the-art tools to paint and finish vehicles to exceptional standards. This role offers competitive pay and amazing perks like 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless finish
• Perform paint correction on vehicles
• Use safety equipment and follow production environment guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime
