🎯 What You'll Do

• Own driver acquisition strategy across paid, SEO, email, referrals
• Set weekly hiring targets and ensure team meets them
• Manage team for driver outreach, follow-ups, onboarding
• Track and optimize funnel metrics: applicant volume, conversion

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in growth, operations, or recruiting
• Experience managing a team with performance accountability
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or candidate tracking tools
