You'll create internal processes and documentation to bridge support, product, and engineering teams. You'll analyze support tickets to identify bugs and bottlenecks. This hybrid role offers up to 3 remote days per week in a leading European cloud provider.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Create and optimize internal processes for the support team.
  • Manage transition of technical information between product, engineering, and support.
  • Lead overhaul of public-facing documentation to improve user self-service.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to relay customer feedback.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in technical support or support engineering.
  • Strong technical background in Cloud and Bare Metal environments.
  • Proficiency in Linux and macOS systems.
  • Professional fluency in English.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Deskpro.
  • Experience creating documentation and processes.
  • Analytical approach to ticket data.
