🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop analytics models and tooling infrastructure
• Oversee and enhance inventory optimization tools like ROB and NPR
• Monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics
• Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions

📋 Requirements

• Multiple years of progressive experience in high-volume fulfillment
• Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Track record of leading large-scale operations (50+ team members)
• Expert-level skill in identifying and onboarding Bar Raising talent
