Description

Join Nubank's Compliance team to support growth by identifying regulatory risks, designing controls, and advising on regulations. You'll work on licensing, policy development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure compliance across Latin America.

Requirements

• 7+ years in regulatory compliance, AML, or regulatory areas for Banks, SOFIPO, or Fintechs
• Proven experience in filing and obtaining financial licenses (Fintech or Bank)
• Experience with CNBV Banxico regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop policies and procedures from scratch
• Fluency in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Research regulations and manage implementation projects
• Lead efforts for new financial license filings and obtention
• Evaluate new products and features from compliance perspective
• Provide regulatory advisory to other teams
• Create and update compliance policies and procedures
