You'll lead a team of remote Strategic Growth Associates who recruit financial advisors with transferrable books of business to Savvy Wealth. Your core impact is optimizing outbound recruitment processes to scale advisor acquisition. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own recruitment, training, and management for a team of high performing Strategic Growth Associates.
• Build a highly engaged and motivated team culture.
• Optimize seamless sales cycle tailored to financial advisor experience.
• Implement targeted recruiting strategies using industry insights.

📋 Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting background, ideally in Financial Sector or recruiting revenue-producing candidates
• 2+ years managing a team responsible for sales or recruitment quota attainment
• Proactive, collaborative leadership approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
