💼 About This Role

You'll lead the implementation of SaaS solutions for clients, ensuring successful adoption of Cyara's customer experience assurance platform. You'll work closely with clients to configure and customize software to meet their business needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SaaS implementation projects from requirements to deployment.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams.
• Collaborate with product team to provide client feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues promptly.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting.
• Telecom experience strongly preferred, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven project management skills managing multiple projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CCaaS platforms and IVR design.
• Experience with chatbot interactions and automated testing.
• Knowledge of voice/digital channel testing methodologies.
