💼 About This Role

You'll partner closely with leaders and managers to support organizational effectiveness and manager capability as Solace scales. You'll own performance management, onboarding, and coaching to improve employee experience. This is the first dedicated People Partner hire at a mission-driven startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run and improve performance review and calibration processes
• Coach managers on performance conversations and difficult situations
• Support organizational planning and team scaling initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally on employee experience and operational projects

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years experience in People Ops, HRBP, or People Partner roles
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Strong manager coaching and employee relations experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in People Ops or Recruiting Ops transitioning to HRBP style role
• Experience supporting Clinical, Operations, or Marketing organizations
