💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategic development and optimization of our CRM systems, primarily on the Salesforce platform, within a Pharma/Biotech commercial space. Your core impact will be maximizing customer lifetime value and driving commercial excellence while ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment. You'll own the end-to-end CRM ecosystem, overseeing implementation, governance, and a multi-year roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the long-term CRM architectural roadmap.
• Lead and mentor a team of CRM admins, developers, and analysts.
• Oversee the full SDLC for CRM, from requirements to deployment.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliant data flow and integration.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive CRM and software development experience.
• 5+ years in a Director-level role managing an enterprise CRM platform.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
• Masters degree in a technical or business field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, Med Device, Biotech).
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, GxP compliance.
• Experience with ERP and marketing automation integrations.
