You will own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers, combining hands-on technical execution with consultative delivery and stakeholder management. You'll shape AI agent engagements, lead technical discovery, and build reporting frameworks that track resolution quality.

• Experience building customer-facing technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity in early-stage product delivery

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers
• Lead technical discovery to map complex support taxonomies
• Configure agents, procedures, and custom tools
• Test agents using simulation and telemetry frameworks
• Drive KPI reporting on deflection rates and resolution quality
