- Manage full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
- Build relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership
- Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer goals
- Drive product adoption through tailored strategies and engagement
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders with strong communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
