  • Manage full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Build relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership
  • Develop and execute data-driven success plans aligned with customer goals
  • Drive product adoption through tailored strategies and engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English
