Description
You will drive business development for MoneyHero Group in Taiwan, building relationships with media agencies and digital service providers. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- University graduate with 5-8 years ad sales/business development experience in media, marketing agency, or digital services
- Experience driving growth in B2B2C or two-sided marketplace businesses
- Strong understanding of Taiwan's digital advertising ecosystem
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills for senior stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and fluency in English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen relationships with media agencies, digital service providers, and other institutions
- Create client strategy, form actionable roadmap, and identify new business growth opportunities
- Manage end-to-end business development process: prospecting, negotiating deals, onboarding, and up-selling
- Work with functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute strategic initiatives
- Stay on top of market movements and provide data/insights to partners and internal teams
