Description

You will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application and NowAssist/Virtual Agent components. You'll create seamless workflows and automated processes to enhance operational efficiency for federal clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
• 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
• Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow PSDS and/or CSM
• Familiarity with NowAssist and Virtual Agent implementation
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining existing ServiceNow applications
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist in CSM or PSDS
• Active secret clearance required
