You'll own a portfolio of mid-market fintech platform partners and drive revenue growth through structured channel management and partner relationship building. You'll activate new partners, farm existing accounts, and conduct regular deal reviews and QBRs to expand Oscilar's footprint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the long game of building trust and compounding revenue within partner relationships.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Activate and onboard new partners from signed agreement to first deal
  • Own revenue growth within partner portfolio, tracking ARR trends
  • Run structured deal reviews with partner AEs to advance opportunities
  • Conduct regular QBRs with partner leadership to review portfolio health

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“7 years in channel partnerships or reseller management in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue within existing portfolio
  • Experience building multi-threaded relationships inside partner orgs
  • Solid grasp of reseller and OEM economics (wholesale pricing, rev-share)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to fintech, banking, fraud, or risk/compliance technology
  • Familiarity with LOS/LMS platforms or core banking providers
  • Experience working with regulated buyers (banks, credit unions, fintechs)
