💼 About This Role
You'll lead the intersection of brand and performance creative for Bumble, owning creative direction across high-volume channels like UA, ASO, SEO, and CRM. You'll turn Bumble's brand into a scalable system that drives measurable growth while co-leading a multidisciplinary team across copy, design, and production.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define brand x performance creative direction for UA, ASO, SEO, CRM, and paid social.
- Lead concepting and copy development rooted in audience behavior and performance data.
- Oversee creative production lifecycle from briefing to delivery across high-volume channels.
- Manage creative operations, intake, prioritization, and team resourcing.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years in creative roles spanning brand and performance/growth marketing.
- Strong copy background with proven ability to lead messaging across multiple channels.
- Deep experience in performance channels (UA, paid social, ASO, SEO, CRM).
- Proven track record of leading high-output teams and improving creative operations.

- Experience building scalable creative systems, not just one-off campaigns.
- Strong production experience with UGC, creator ecosystems, and agencies.
- Confident presenter with experience influencing senior leadership.
