Description

You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy for Opendoor's partner channel, leveraging AI-powered personalization and multi-channel orchestration to engage, enable, and retain real estate professionals. You'll execute campaigns across email, SMS, and push, drive experimentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize partner lifetime value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or partner marketing (B2B/B2B2C)
  • Hands-on expertise with Braze, Iterable, or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong technical skills: HTML, SQL, audience building, analytics platforms
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization and behavioral automation
  • Test-and-learn mentality; ability to translate strategy into campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Execute full partner lifecycle journey across email, SMS, and push: signup, onboarding, enablement, activation, reactivation, retention
  • Build and launch multi-channel campaigns to educate partners and drive referral behavior
  • Implement segmentation and personalization based on partner type, engagement level, and predictive signals
  • Define and execute testing roadmap for creative, messaging, timing, and segmentation
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including engagement, conversion, LTV, and program ROI
