Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a **fast-paced manufacturing** environment

• Ability to read and interpret **work instructions (SOPs)**
• Measurement competencies with **calipers, micrometers, tape measure, indicators**

Responsibilities

• Apply and understand resin systems like epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester, silicones.
• Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds.
• Handle assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications.
• Conduct self-quality checks on completed work.
