Description

As an HR Generalist at Proof, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Operations and Client Services teams in Detroit, focusing on talent attraction, employee retention, and operational efficiency. You'll drive HR initiatives, manage employee relations, and support our high-growth legal tech company's mission to make legal services more accessible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years HR experience with 2+ years supporting Operations or Client Services
• Ability to work in Detroit office 4-5 days per week
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact and advisor for Operations and Client Services leadership
• Track and analyze HR metrics to improve organizational performance and engagement
• Drive HR operational excellence and process improvements
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies for hourly roles
• Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
