📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or relevant discipline
• Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline)
• Experience working with complex technical content
