Description

Perform routine building maintenance, inspections, and repairs at SpaceX's Starbase facility. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and support janitorial and hospitality staff, while adhering to safety guidelines and operating lifts and work order systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to work all shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, stand 10 hrs/day, climb, and work at heights up to 500 ft

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Conduct site-wide maintenance: painting, patching walls, replacing flooring, and carpet
• Inspect interior and exterior areas: walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, lighting
• Support janitorial and hospitality staff with moving furniture, equipment, and event setup/teardown
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts; manage electronic work tickets
