- Manage complex problem resolution in technical environments
- Use source code to investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in rotational on-call support for weekends/evenings
π Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years experience in software development or maintenance
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems

- Unix/Linux or Windows experience
