You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to Defense & Security clients in the Nordics, managing long-term account plans and hunting new opportunities. You'll drive pipeline growth and represent Robin Radar at conferences and industry events. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and hit annual sales targets.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead sales for drone detection radar solutions targeting Defense & Security customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts as trusted advisor.
- Develop market plans to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.
- Forecast KPIs, track opportunities, profitability, and annual targets.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of international Sales or Account Manager experience in Defense & Security.
- Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales.
- Based in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark near a major hub.

- Experience with HubSpot.
- Additional languages.
