You'll lead sales of drone detection radar solutions to Defense & Security clients in the Nordics, managing long-term account plans and hunting new opportunities. You'll drive pipeline growth and represent Robin Radar at conferences and industry events. You'll coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and hit annual sales targets.

  • Lead sales for drone detection radar solutions targeting Defense & Security customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts as trusted advisor.
  • Develop market plans to engage existing customers and attract new prospects.
  • Forecast KPIs, track opportunities, profitability, and annual targets.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of international Sales or Account Manager experience in Defense & Security.
  • Proven track record with complex, long-cycle tenders and solution sales.
  • Based in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark near a major hub.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Military or public safety background.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Additional languages.
