You'll serve as a Mechanical/Electrical equipment data collector using Condition-Based Monitoring technologies to support pellet operation facility uptime. You'll analyze data, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions. This role offers the opportunity to work with predictive maintenance in a renewable energy industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect route data for condition-based monitoring.
• Analyze data, create reports, and generate work requests.
• Commission repairs as needed.
• Maintain databases for monitoring data.

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of mechanical technician experience.
• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of conveyors, fans, gear boxes, trunnions, and motors.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree in a technical field.
• CMRT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• CBM certification in vibration, ultrasound, infrared, or oil analysis.
