🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead project execution from initiation through closure
• Define scope and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and establish governance
• Develop and maintain project plans and communication artifacts

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
• PMP certification required
• Experience in call center/contact center environments
